Intel is currently seeking a Technical Program Analyst  chartered to establish and maintain planning, tracking and indicator systems for the Product Planning and Execution organization, supporting both engineering and program management with the goal to improve long term visibility, predictability, and enable data driven decision making.

Technical Program Analyst at Intel

Role responsibilities include:
� Gather and analyze data, spot trends and recommend improvements.
� Track progress against plans, develop/publish metrics dashboards and perform analyses in the areas of schedule management, technical indicators and risk management.
� Interact with multiple levels of management.
� Work with Engineering and Program management to establish new processes to improve efficiency.

� Strong analytical, detail oriented and problem solving skills.
� Willingness to work independently and as a team member, and to proactively identify and drive solutions to complex problems.

� Flexibility to work successfully in a dynamic team environment and cross site globally.

� Excellent interpersonal skills.

 

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through relevant previous jobs.

Minimum Qualifications
� Bachelors degree in Engineering or computer science and have 4+ years industry experience. Qualifying work experience includes working with the following:
� Project management processes and methodologies like Waterfall, Agile Scrum, etc.
� Project management software.
� Proficiency in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
� Advanced MSP with ProChain Skills
� Data Visualization using Microsoft Power BI
